February 27, 2026 Dirty Water: Cooper, Porter Dominate as Owls Knock Out UMB, Advance to Title Game Again BOSTON, Mass. – One month and three days ago, the University of Massachusetts-Boston went 39-of-50 at the foul line and defeated the Keene State College men’s basketball team 93-80 at the Clark Athletic Center to sweep the season series for the first time ever.  The defeat dropped the Owls to just 9-9 and 6-4 in the conference.  Eight wins and just one loss later, KSC will now play for the Little East Conference championship – again.  Cooper poured in 26 points on another efficient effort, making 10-of-19 from the field and 3-of-5 from three-point range, while sophomore Franklin Pierce University transfer Kareem Porter added 13 points on 5-of-9 shooting, 16 rebounds, and two critical free throws late as the Owls downed the University of Massachusetts-Boston 75-72 to end the Beacons’ season Friday night in the conference tournament semifinals at the Clark Athletic Center.
February 25, 2026 Cooper Has the Wright Stuff: Owls Hammer RIC in Second Half to Advance to Semis Again KEENE, N.H. – Jordan Cooper matched his Keene State career-high with 38 points including a show-stopping dunk in the second half and rookie Allyn Wright continued his impressive late-season burst with 20 big points as the Owl men's basketball team ran their Little East Conference tournament win streak to 10 games, running away from Rhode Island College 101-81 in the quarterfinal round at Spaulding Gymnasium Wednesday night.
February 18, 2026 Chaikin Career-High, Stifling Defense Power Owls to Key Road Win WILLIMANTIC, Conn. – Senior Leo Chaikin scored a game and career-high 23 points on a remarkably efficient 10-for-15 effort from the field and the Keene State College men's basketball team held Eastern Connecticut State University's three leading scorers to only 20 points as the Owls won for the tenth straight time in the series to secure a season sweep with a 73-57 Little East Conference win at Geissler Gymnasium on Wednesday night.
January 19, 2026 Cooper Surpasses 1,000 Collegiate Points in Monster Effort as Owls Pull Out Win MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – Jordan Cooper remains sizzling, and on Martin Luther King Day Monday, he might have authored his best performance so far in his first season with the Keene State College men's basketball team.  The junior transfer poured in a career-high 38 points, including surpassing 1,000 for his collegiate career, as the Owls picked up an 89-87 road victory over Middlebury College in non-conference action at Pepin Gymnasium.
January 8, 2026 Blakey, Johnston Bench Duo Helps KSC Bounce Back with Win Over ECSU KEENE, N.H. – The Keene State College men's basketball team built a 12-0 lead in the opening four minutes, never trailed, and led by as many as 16 points in the second half as they posted an important bounce-back victory, beating Eastern Connecticut State University 79-72 in Little East Conference action at Spaulding Gymnasium on Thursday night.
January 3, 2026 Cooper Cooks, Porter and Wainaina Dominate Inside as Owls Roll KEENE, N.H. – You could make a case the Keene State College home crowd at Spaulding Gymnasium had not yet experienced an explosive performance from junior transfer Jordan Cooper, with three of his four highest-scoring efforts – all above 20 points – coming away from home.  They have now.  The North Carolina native poured in 27 points and made 10-of-19 from the field, putting an exclamation mark on his effort with a thunderous dunk with just under 10 minutes to go to give the Owls a 20-point lead as KSC rolled along to a 96-75 Little East Conference win over the University of Southern Maine Saturday at Spaulding Gymnasium.
